Card Products Marketing Assistant

Requirements for the position:

• University degree; • Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English; Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Russian and Turkish; • Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel; • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to propose strategic solutions and ideas; • Solid problem-solving abilities; • Proactive approach; • High professionalism and resilience under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute product development tasks, creating new solutions and proposals targeting emerging business areas and market needs; • Manage communication and coordination with international payment systems; • Prepare, update, and distribute card contracts and forms to relevant departments; • Develop strategic growth plans tailored to each card product; • Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market product trends continuously, and prepare corresponding action plans
