Credit Management Department / Corporate, Commercial and SME Credit Monitoring Unit / Specialist / Senior Specialist

Requirements for the position:

• University degree (Economics/Finance); • At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector; • Good proficiency in MS Office software; • Fluent speaking in Azerbaijani; • Knowledge of English; • Ability to work effectively in a team; • Attention to detail; • Time management skills; • Active listening and customer guidance skills; • Communication and interpersonal skills; • Problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain all risk-oriented information related to borrowers and their activities, conduct comparative analysis of their financial and business performance over periods, assess customers' creditworthiness, and classify them into appropriate risk categories; • Evaluate corporate/commercial loan offers included in the monitoring process, submit assessment results to the unit manager, and assist in preparing the credit opinion; • Undertake activities aimed at reducing non-performing loans in line with predefined targets, and conduct customer visits when necessary; • Participate in meetings to ensure healthy and orderly workflow; • Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to credit risk management, stay informed about relevant internal rules, processes, and methodologies, and apply them in daily work.
