Marketing Specialist

Requirements for the position:

• University degree; • Fluency in English and Russian; • Proficiency in MS Office software; • Experience with card and POS products; • Strong analytical and decision-making skills; • Open to innovation and proactive in approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand the Bank's partner merchant network for its products and organize promotional campaigns; • Maintain in-depth knowledge of VISA and MasterCard payment systems' rules and tariffs, ensuring the submission of relevant reports; • Conduct regular market monitoring of competitor products; • Develop product improvement plans for banking products and implement joint projects with VISA/MasterCard systems and the IT Department.
